All orders are prepared and dispatched by us within 7-14 business days from order confirmation.

1. CARE & MAINTENANCE

Silver is a natural precious metal that may tarnish or darken over time due to oxidation. This occurs from contact with air, humidity, perfumes, lotions, cosmetics, seawater, or pool water, as well as the pH of the skin. It is a natural property of the metal that protects it from corrosion.

To keep your jewelry in good condition, it is recommended to avoid contact with water and chemical products and to store them in a dry place when not being worn.

If a silver piece of jewelry oxidizes, you can easily clean it at home. Place aluminum foil in a bowl with warm water, add a tablespoon of baking soda and a little mild liquid soap, and leave the jewelry inside for 15–20 minutes. (This process is not suitable for jewelry with gemstones.) Then, rinse it with lukewarm water and gently dry it with a soft cloth.

Cleaning Service: Professional cleaning is available at a cost of €2 per item.

Bracelets & Adjustable Designs: Silver jewelry requires special care, as it can be more sensitive to pressure. Avoid frequent adjustment of bracelets. If adjustment is needed, bend them gently vertically or diagonally, rather than horizontally, to prevent potential cracks.

2. RETURN POLICY

If you wish to make a return, please contact us either by phone or via email. Alternatively, you can proceed with an exchange at our physical store: Pentelis 37, Agia Paraskevi.

  • On Sale / Promotional Items: Any product purchased during a sale or promotional period is eligible only for an exchange with another product, after first contacting us via email at dizio_jewelry@hotmail.com. Refunds are not provided for these products.

  • General Refund Policy: Please note that refunds are not issued for returned products (a store credit is issued or an exchange for another product is made).

  • Return Shipping Costs: All shipping costs for returning a product are solely borne by the customer, unless the jewelry was defective upon receipt.

  • Communication Process: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can contact us at dizio_jewelry@hotmail.com, stating the reason for the return in the Subject line, as well as your order code and the product code of the item you are experiencing an issue with, so we can assist you in the best possible way.

  • Product Condition: All products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, from the country to which the order was originally delivered, accompanied by the retail receipt or purchase invoice.

  • Return Deadline: Product returns are accepted within 15 days from their delivery date.

  • Scope of Application: The terms and conditions described in this return policy apply exclusively to online purchases made through this e-shop.

3. SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

  • Preparation / Dispatch Time: All orders are prepared and dispatched by us within 2-4 business days from order confirmation.

  • Delivery Time: Product delivery to your location is handled via a partner courier company and takes 1-2 business days (more time may be required for remote or island areas). Our store bears no responsibility for delays due to extreme weather conditions, strikes, or periods of high volume for courier companies (e.g., Christmas, Easter).
